Junior Account Manager
Fully Remote
Due to continuing growth, our team is seeking a Junior Account Manager to provide support functions and bookkeeping assistance to the Account Managers in the Business Management department, as well as administrative, clerical, and organizational assistance to the entire operation of the firm. As the Junior Account Manager, you will perform a variety of confidential and complex accounting and administrative duties to ensure the day-to-day needs of the clients and their families are met.

What you will do:
- Daily client activities, including requests and timely follow-up on all outstanding matters.
- Contract analysis and supervision of all functions relative to cash receipts and disbursements.
- Assist is the preparation of meeting packages and attend client meetings regarding financial projections, investments, contracts, insurance analysis, and other matters as directed by management.
- Monitor credit card activity, fraud alerts, credit score issues, insurance renewals and claims.
- Assist with home and vehicle purchases.
- Supervise and delegate to assistants.
- Coordinate and interact with the tax department relative to due dates, supporting documentation, etc.
What we look for:
- Must have professional Business Management and/or Accounting Firm experience and the ability to work with high profile/high net worth individuals/clients and top-level management and executives.
- Excellent computer (Microsoft Office Programs) and typing skills in a setting with many interruptions is a necessity.
- Must have strong knowledge and experience using QuickBooks accounting software.
- Must be able to communicate effectively (written and verbal.)
