We're seeking a Virtual Assistant to join our growing team.

What You'll Do:

• Comb through photo galleries and video galleries from vendors for social media content. Curate content. Organize a content calendar to make sure we’re posting regularly
  

• Respond to comments and message on Instagram and Facebook.
  

• Track which accounts are tagging client's account
  

• Come up with occasional content for relevant announcements from the company
  

• Help increase engagement by liking and commenting on related industry posts to keep brand visible
  

• Respond to social media inquiries or comments about Client's account by providing more information to clients or directing them in the right direction to book.
  

• Find relevant hashtags to use for social media posts
  

• Design eye catching posts using Canva
  

• Comb through photo content for quality pictures to update website
  

• Take video content and create short form Reels and promotional content.
  

• Create longform “vlog” style video from content
  

• Create more short form content from same footage
  

• Organize and store raw footage for easy access
  

• Create high quality highlight videos based on each venue and create organize footage based on venue name.
  

• Create branded “intro” and “outro” for videos and reels
  

Requirements

What We're Looking For (Required Skills/Experience):

• Experience managing social media business accounts
  

• Proficiency in community management (responding to comments and messages)
  

• Knowledge of social media analytics and engagement metrics
  

• Experience building and executing content calendars
  

• Strong visual eye for photo and video selection
  

• Experience with Canva for creating social media graphics
  

• Video editing skills 
  

• Copywriting for social media captions
  

• Excellent time management and organization
  

• Attention to detail
