Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Joint Venture Senior Manager to work with our team. The Joint Venture Senior Manager will be responsible for working with our existing joint ventures as well as help to set up new joint ventures for One Real Title. This role requires in-depth knowledge of title insurance and creating and maintaining joint venture relationships. This individual would have extensive knowledge of title insurance and title clearance. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients. This position is not a sales position, the joint venture opportunities are secured through our sales department.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Strong communication skills
Ability to work well with others
Ability to create and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
Able to work with legal department to create new Joint Ventures
Understand all documents and contracts that are needed in order to set up a joint venture with 100% compliance
Keep up with all industry changes within the states we operate in
Maintain the joint venture relationship and handle escalations
Be able to understand and present the partners with financial documents and P&L provided by the financial department
Ability to continuously monitor and assess the health of the JV
Ability to handle escalations and help to clear time sensitive clouds on title
Ability to exhibit empathy when working with sensitive documents and vulnerable clients
Any additional tasks assigned by CEO
Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong understanding of title insurance principles, practices, and procedures.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing JV documents
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Proficient computer skills, including scanners, printers, and, Google workplace
Education and Experience:
3+ years of experience in title insurance business is required
3+ years creating and maintaining Joint Ventures
Valid Title Insurance License in home state
