Salary: Starting at $65,600 - $91,225 commensurate based on experience
GEICO's Payment Recovery Department is looking for a strong highly motivated leader who is committed to driving results for our department through consistent coaching and motivating associates. The ideal candidate is skilled in the ability to drive results and manage change through fostering a positive team environment with support and accountability. Demonstrated ability to manage in highly technical environment and proven and demonstrated analytical and time management skills are a must.
- Must have leadership experience and minimum 1-year physical damage experience required
- Must be able to speak in a professional manner by telephone
- Must be able to attain and maintain the required licenses issued by the insurance departments of various states
- Must be able to handle heavy call volume in a fast-paced work environment, resolve complex business problems and handle complicated customer issues
- Must be able to follow complex instructions, resolve conflicts or facilitate conflict resolution, and have strong organization/priority setting skills
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be able to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information
- Ability to attend an extensive 10-week AD training program
- Four days working in office one day working remotely per week
