We're seeking a Sales Team Lead to join our growing team.

What You'll Do:
● Manage and coach a small team of SALES REPS virtual assistants
● Monitor CRM activity and team KPIs daily
● Provide daily guidance, feedback, and training to SALES REPS
● Ensure all leads are followed up with in a timely and professional manner
● Run short daily team check-ins and weekly performance reviews
● Assist in refining scripts, templates, and sales workflows
● Identify conversion issues and propose solutions
● Work closely with leadership to align sales performance with business goals
● Serve as the point person for specialty or high-value client accounts
● Assist with selling to long-term or larger accounts as needed
● Handle escalations and support higher-tier client communications

Requirements

What We're Looking For (Required Skills/Experience):
● 2+ years experience in remote team leadership (sales, customer service, or BPO)
● Expert-level proficiency in GoHighLevel software – able to tweak and optimize all steps of the sales process from lead capture to purchase and follow-up campaigns
● Strong understanding of the sales process and CRM tools (Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or similar)
● Excellent communication, coaching, and feedback skills
● High attention to detail and organization
● Ability to self-manage and lead by example in a remote environment
● Bonus: Experience in training, education, or healthcare service sales
