Position Accountabilities

  • Configure Ivanti Neurons modules (e.g., for ITSM, ITAM, endpoint management) to align with the organization's needs..
  • Configure Ivanti Neurons modules, workflows, and automations to align with business objectives and IT policies.
  • Utilize Ivanti Neurons to proactively monitor and manage IT services and endpoints, including patch management, vulnerability assessments, and device performance.
  • Leverage Ivanti Neurons' AI-powered automation to enhance IT service delivery, optimize workflows, and minimize manual processes.
  • Ensure the seamless integration of Ivanti Neurons with other IT systems and third-party applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Ivanti Neurons, including performance tuning, configuration errors, and integration challenges.
  • Collaborate with IT security teams to ensure that endpoints and IT services are managed securely and are compliant with industry standards.
  • Create detailed documentation of system configurations, workflows, and procedures.
  • Stay updated on new features, product updates, and emerging best practices within the Ivanti Neurons ecosystem.
  • Provide training and support to end users and internal IT teams on the Ivanti Neurons platform and its functionalities.
  • Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes, ensuring that IT services are delivered within agreed SLAs.

Organizational Relationship

This position reports to the Manager-Technical Support.

Position Qualifications

  Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience 5+ years as an Ivanti Neurons Engineer or similar role managing Ivanti Neurons products.

  Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of ITSM and UEM principles, particularly in relation to automation and AI-driven solutions.
  • Familiarity with automation scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) to implement custom automations.
  • Familiarity with integration via APIs, automation, and customization within Ivanti Neurons.
  • Experience with endpoint security and compliance management.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across IT and business teams to understand needs and deliver effective solutions.

  Certifications (Preferred):

  • Ivanti certifications (e.g., Ivanti Certified Administrator, Ivanti Neurons Certification).

Familiarity with ITIL practices and ITSM frameworks.                                  

  • Experience integrating Ivanti Neurons with other IT infrastructure, such as network monitoring tools or cloud-based solutions.
  • Previous experience in a regulated industry or environments requiring compliance with strict standards. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • Requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

 

Salary offered will be based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. This position is also eligible to participate in either an applicable incentive compensation plan for the position or a discretionary profit sharing bonus program.
