We are seeking IV Billing Specialists to join our Team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician to move from a retail to office environment for those who are willing to learn claims, billing and insurance processing.
Pharmacy Technician experience and/or knowledge of pharmaceuticals is a strong preference.
This is a remote position. Applicants can live anywhere within the continental USA.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm Mountain Time
Must be able to effectively work Mountain Time hours that are posted

Responsibilities
- Provides support and training to client billing team and contribute to process improvement in the IV Billing functions and review
- Serves as a liaison between billing team and pharmacies as needed
- Maintains documentation regarding Framework training materials and tools up-to date
- Prepares necessary presentation materials for meetings
- Take and distribute detailed notes
- Understands and educates others on the importance of company’s data standards and work-flow best practices
- Works with Framework LTC to review transactions for proper billing to facilities for IV Services
- Consults frequently and regularly with the Client Billing Managers to discern best practices and advise on specifics related to IV’s and Framework
- Relays information discovered by yourself, or feedback submitted by team members about software or associated workflows
- Ensures accuracy of billing by reviewing plan sheets and contracts for proper pricing of services working closely with Plan Administration
- Works closely with Third Party Operations IV billing to ensure retro changes are handled promptly
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare, or project management related fields; Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare, or project management related fields preferred
- Two or more years Long Term Care experience or healthcare software knowledge preferred
- Knowledge of Framework LTC preferred
- Three or more years as a pharmacy technician or working in a Pharmacy
- Ability to teach other concepts in systems or processes
- Proven ability to communicate abstract concepts, with strong emotional intelligence
- Demonstrated track record of excellence working independently and within a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software and easily adaptable to new technology
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
- Previous experience in support role or experience as an IV technician or LTC billing knowledge
- Strong oral and written communication skills, demonstrating tact, diplomacy, and accuracy
- Comfortable with setting clear deadlines and ensuring adherence to timeline
