Job Description

We are seeking an IT Systems Analyst, SAP C4C to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance and support of the SAP CX/C4C application within the organization. The position also requires analyzing business requirements, configuring the SAP CX/C4C application, and ensuring the smooth operation of Sales and Customer Service processes. Applicants should have strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work closely with all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate also has experience developing and drive the implementation of SAP best practices and standards. 

A day on the job looks like this: 

  • Act as a subject matter expert in SAP CX/C4C application, providing hands-on experience in areas such as business partner, material master, Service: RMA, customer inquiries, interactions and requests, Sales: Accounts and Activity Management, Lead, Opportunity, Sales Quote, Sales Order, Pricing 
  • Implement designs and configure the system as necessary 
  • Analyze and resolve support and enhancement requests 
  • Assist in issue resolution and risk mitigation on projects and support activities 
  • Perform administrative tasks, including workflows, approval processes, organization setup and user management 
  • Develop and maintain meaningful reports and dashboards to offer insights into sales and service performance 
  • Design and develop functional specifications, test scripts and provide training and support to end-users 
  • Assist in integrations of SAP applications with existing and external applications 
  • Manage integration tasks for the SAP Sales & Service Cloud with other SAP applications (such as S/4HANA) and non-SAP applications via CPI 
  • Ensure high system performance levels are achieved as part of the quality assurance and performance process 
  • Identify and implement new technologies and capabilities, like Joule, to enhance the capability and efficiency of customer service team 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university 
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP CX/C4C implementations in Sales & Service transformations using SAP Sales and Service Cloud 
  • Experience in SAP Sales Cloud & Service Cloud functional and technical configuration & setup including CTI integration 
  • Experience in SAP Sales and Distribution 
  • Experience in S/4 HANA and SAP BTP
