IT Systems Analyst

Come Grow with Us and Join an Award-Winning Organization! Stearns Bank is looking for an IT Systems Analyst. This is a remote-eligible position headquartered out of St. Cloud, Minnesota.
JOB SUMMARY: As an IT Systems Analyst you will be responsible for configuring, researching, and maintaining the Bank’s current (CRM, E-Signature, Document Management, Core Accounting System, etc.) and future software applications. This position works closely with Project Managers, Department Managers, Business Analysts, IT, Security, and business stakeholders for the implementation of new software solutions and process development.
Starting annual salary of $55,000.00. Employment offers will be dependent upon the selected candidate’s relevant qualifications and experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with development and business users to communicate, verify, and test the desired functionality changes.
- Devise ways to add new functionality to existing computer systems.
- Be responsible for the installation and configuration of new systems to customize them for the organization.
- Monitor and stay current on releases and future offerings of systems.
- Analyze and resolve root causes to user issues.
- Become subject expert of systems/software.
- Serve as various Software Administrators.
- Work with sophisticated and/or high visibility projects.
- Ability to configure workflows, templates, processes per the business analyst needs.
- Proactively monitor systems.
- Participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation; managing project scope; adjusting schedules when necessary; determine daily priorities, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of project task.
- Loss prevention and security as applicable for this position.
- Maintain a solid understanding of all legal and regulatory compliance issues as they pertain to this position.
- Complete required training.
- Ability to provide 24/7 support as needed by the business.
- Perform other duties as necessary for the efficient operations of the department and organization.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) in Computer Science, technical degree or equivalent work experience.
- Three or more years of experience in technical or systems applications.
- Strong computer/software skills required.
- Technical troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent analytical, time management, organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task and work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with agile development (preferred).
- Experience with issue tracking software Jira (preferred).

- Ability to handle changing priorities.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess relevant facts.

- Proficiency with software applications used to gather and maintain requirements, (e.g. MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel).

REQUIREMENTS
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 lbs.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time, twist, bend, sit, walk use hands to twist, handle or feel objects, tools or controls, such as computer mouse, computer keyboard, calculator, stapler, telephone, staple puller, etc., reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, talk or hear.
- Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
