About the role

We have an immediate opening for an IT Support Specialist to be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our internal staff members. The primary objectives of this role are to ensure smooth operation of IT systems and provide prompt resolution of any issues that arise. 

The environment is comprised of MDM managed Mac, Windows, iOS and Android devices deployed to a remote user base. Microsoft 365, Atlassian, and Slack are the key tools used to conduct internal business 

Duties: 

  • Respond to IT support requests via phone, chat, or remote support tools to provide timely technical support to end-users 
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary
