At VERSES, we're shaping the future of computing with our natural computing platform, Genius. We're looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide Tier 1 & 2 support to our global team.

✍️ Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for configuring workstations for deployment in a secure manner
  • Providing support to end-users who are working off-site
  • Onboarding & Off-boarding
  • Supporting mobile devices
  • Perform routine maintenance on software and hardware
  • Training users on how to use devices and services effectively and efficiently
  • Respond to incidents, problems, and support requests for hardware and software-related issues
  • Complete audits as required for accounts, inventory, and services
  • Deploy Zero-Touch onboarding as well as Zero-Trust standards
  • Receive and ship company equipment
  • Efficiently give step-by-step instructions from a remote setting
  • AWS Workspace or security-related experience
  • MDM experience
  • Certifications such as: CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, CCNA, ICS2 CC, or equivalent

πŸŽ“ Essential Qualifications:

  • 5 minimum years experience in desktop support function, experience in hybrid and global work environments
  • Google Suite experience required
  • Basic Knowledge of Zero-trust pillars
  • Demonstrated knowledge of controls methodology
  • Demonstrated knowledge of email troubleshooting
  • Expert knowledge of MacOS, Windows OS
  • Linux knowledge is a plus
  • Expert knowledge of Android and iOS
  • In-depth knowledge of deployment methodologies
  • Demonstrated knowledge of all security concepts of the CIA triad
  • Ability to ask precise questions to diagnose problems
  • Ability to work from home and be productive
  • Certifications such as: CompTIA Cloud+, CompTIA CySA+, AWS Certified Security, or ISC2 CCSP, or equivalent
