Position: IT Project Manager

Location: Remote, USA

Role Overview: As an IT Project Manager at Everfox, you'll play a pivotal role in a dynamic team, serving as the crucial link between business users and technology teams. You will be responsible for analyzing and investigating business performance and metrics to drive enhanced planning and strategic decision-making. Collaborating closely with key business stakeholders, the Security Team, and external partners, you will oversee the development and maintenance of Business Applications and reporting systems. This role is central to Everfox's digital transformation, offering you an exciting opportunity to significantly impact the company's growth and success.

Responsibilities:

• Leads multiple, cross-functional business and IT projects and technology initiatives.
• Maintain and foster internal and vendor client relationships. Take ownership of the relationship and ensure that objectives are met.
• Plan and manage resources ensuring all projects meet obligations and budget expectations.
• Provide guidance to ensure effective systems’ utilization and integration.
• Provide leadership to diagnose and overcome barriers to team/project progress, implementing mitigation strategies and contingency plans
• Prepare an overall project management plan in conjunction with the Project Sponsor/Customer and report on deliverables, outputs, and progress against this plan
• Monitor and control project risks, implementing mechanisms to identify and analyze them as well as plan responses to them
• Assist IT Leadership with scoping and estimating assigned projects
• Determine required resources for assigned project
