THE JOB
As an IT Project Manager at Simplify, you'll sit right at the heart of our change portfolio, driving IT projects across various business areas.
You will:
- Lead and deliver IT projects from conception through to completion, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from software development and system implementations to broader digital transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the business to understand project requirements and expectations.
- Apply Waterfall and Agile methodologies effectively, tailoring your approach to best fit each project's unique needs and desired outcomes.
- Manage project teams, leveraging your ability to motivate, inspire, and bring out the best in your team members.
- Act as a key liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment at all stages of the project.
- Continuously monitor and assess project risks, resolving issues proactively to keep projects on track.

REQUIREMENTS
We’re looking for a professionally qualified IT Project Manager. You’ll be familiar with Waterfall and Agile principles with the ability to take a self-developed approach to best effect the required project outcomes and confidence managing across the full lifecycle of a project.
You will need to be able to demonstrate:
- A recognized Project Management qualification (such as Prince2, DSDM, etc.)
- A Scrum Master certification or relevant experience
- Proven experience and knowledge of the SDLC and its application in project work.
- Strong stakeholder relationship management skills and experience driving projects and broader change initiatives.
- A demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects end-to-end with a genuine passion for delivery and outcomes.
- Lastly, you’ll need to be a motivator of people who is committed to the cause and able to bring out the very best in your project teams.
