The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As an Information Technology (IT) Procurement Analyst you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Assist Global Category Managers in implementing global sourcing strategies for multiple IT categories to ensure business continuity and value creation.
- Negotiating and establishing effective supplier contract agreements, holding suppliers accountable to competitive prices, high quality and best-in-class service
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prioritize activities that align with Global IT Procurement goals
- Collaborate on overall Procurement guidelines and processes.
- Coordinate complex projects as well as initiatives that have a high value and broad implication to the corporation.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND seven (7) years of indirect procurement experience in a private, public, government or military environment
OR
- High School Diploma/GED from AND eleven (11) years of indirect procurement experience in a private, public, government or military environment
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
- 5 years of experience with supplier markets
- 5 years of experience with contract negotiations
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics or Supply Chain
- IT procurement contract experience
- Skilled written and oral communications
- Stakeholder management/influencing skills at a senior level
- Business, technology, and contract language in addition to financial acumen
- Analytics and Interpersonal Skills
- Microsoft Word & Excel Skills
Work location: Remote – United States
Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $119,076 - $145,537, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
