Job Description

Salary Range: The expected pay range for this position is $100,000 to $105,000 yearly.  The pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location.

  • Identify, manage, and analyze data across IT portfolios to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decision-making within a government IT organization.
  • Demonstrates high aptitude for problem-solving methodologies for highly complex issues using data-driven insights to guide decision-making. 
  • Gather data from various sources and analyze the data against established strategies. 
  • Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key findings to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy for analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Regularly analyze and monitor portfolio performance and identify trends and potential risks. 
  • Identify opportunities to refine data collection methods and improve the overall portfolio management reporting process. 
  • Apply strategic thinking, process improvement, and re-engineering to analyze and optimize business models, data models, and enterprise processes.
  • Recommend and implement solutions to streamline processes, assess performance, and identify best practices.
  • Evaluate and implement business intelligence (BI) tools to improve analysis and reporting capabilities.
  • Transfer strategic plans, requirements, and analysis information to teams for successful solution implementation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in business analysis, including scoping, requirements elicitation, process modeling, and cost-benefit analysis.
  • Be process-driven, metric-focused, results-oriented, organized, and self-directed.
  • Strong communication skills by articulating ideas and concepts verbally and in writing, team facilitation, formal document writing, and presenting to senior executive groups.   

Qualifications

Experience / Education: 

  • 7+ years of relevant experience 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems Management, Computer Science or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Nice to Have:

  • ServiceNow experience & Microsoft Power Platform (PowerBI & Power Apps)

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
