Overview

Connection Services presents an exciting opportunity within our managed services division for a Java Developer with expertise in Spring Boot and Flowable to join our team for a critical 6-month project.

This role requires a seasoned developer with hands-on experience in all three areas: Java, Spring Boot, and Flowable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the development team to execute and support the upgrade of the Flowable BPM system.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain Java-based microservices using Spring Boot.
• Integrate Flowable with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Flowable upgrade and surrounding systems.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team during the upgrade process.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Document processes, workflows, and system configurations as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Java development.
• Strong expertise with Spring Boot for developing microservices and RESTful APIs.
• In-depth experience with Flowable, including implementing and upgrading BPM solutions.
• Knowledge of Flowable workflows, process modeling, and custom integrations.
• Experience in system integration and resolving complex technical challenges.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative development environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
