What you’ll do

Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the all-electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document their requirements.
  • Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work with stakeholders to define and document business processes.
  • Solution Design:
  • Develop and propose technology solutions to address business needs.
  • Collaborate with architects and developers to create functional specifications.
  • Analyze and interpret data to provide insights into business performance.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Assist in project planning and management, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
  • Work closely with project teams to monitor progress and resolve issues.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to convey complex information in a clear manner.
  • Define test cases and participate in testing activities to ensure solution quality.
  • Validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user manuals.

Location & Travel Expectations: The responsibilities of this role require attendance at in-person meetings and events occasionally. We will consider remote applicants for this role. This role is not eligible for remote work in New York City. Applicants should expect that the role will require the ability to convene with Scout colleagues in person and travel to participate in events on behalf of the company from time to time.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Pay Transparency

This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.

Initial base salary range = $80,000-$90,000

Internal leveling code: IC9
