Salary Range

$85,000.00 To $105,000.00

A Brief Overview

The Business Analyst at FirstBank provides excellent customer service for internal customers, maintaining emphasis on external customer experience with service offerings including business process improvements at a variety of organizational levels. The Analyst works in a leadership capacity providing organization and focus, exercising strong communication and problem-solving while adapting and responding to customer needs.

What you will do

  • Utilize contemporary requirement elicitation practices to gather and organize product specifications.
  • Help teams stay on track by providing a clear focus and maintaining alignment with company strategy, considering both short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Apply Scrum and other Agile practices to emphasize iterative delivery and frequent feedback throughout the software delivery life cycle.
  • Apply techniques, practices, and communication that is best fit for the situation while maintaining customer focus.
  • Exhibit flexibility by adopting and piloting new practices and leading by example.
  • Enable and encourage stakeholders to collaborate and take action by utilizing visualization, diagrams and alternative representations of processes.
