About the Role:
The IT Applications Intern is responsible for assisting the IT Business Applications team in providing all aspects of Financial Applications support. This position will be focused on supporting the delivery of business applications projects and enhancements following SDLC and Agile principles. Interns will adhere to the company security policy, systems development standards and other company and departmental policies and processes.
What You'll Do:
Partner with Project Management to support delivery of critical IT projects including system enhancements, operational improvements and new system rollouts
Partner with Business Stakeholders to document business requirements, system improvements, functional design for ERP process solutions
Work closely with IT Team management to perform process assessments and implement process improvements
Partner with IT process owners to define and benchmark operational KPI and support the delivery of KPI dashboards
Define and support User Acceptance Testing and User Training
What You'll Need:
Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (MIS, IT business/computer science and/or Accounting) and graduating between December 2025 - May 2026
Desire to learn IT Business applications support, administration, configuration, and 3rd party integrations in complex environments
Solid technical background with an ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience
Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Bonus Points:
Knowledge of ERP applications
Experience in Project Management
Experience with Technical Documentation
Knowledge of KPIs analytics and Dashboard Reporting
