WHAT YOU WILL DO

onX is seeking a talented iOS Engineer with a passion for product development. As an onX iOS Engineer, you will join one of our vertical teams focused on feature development and maintenance of our Backcountry application which is aimed at enabling human powered adventures, e.g. backpacking, hiking, cross-country skiing. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a dynamic startup focused on making an impact on the business, and the mobile mapping industry as a whole. This position will report to an Engineering Manager.

As an onX iOS Engineer, your day to day responsibilities would look like:

• Write clean and maintainable Swift code
• Work closely with designers to create engaging user experiences
• Participate in the iOS team architecture and code standard discussions
• Review pull requests in a timely manner
• Create ideas and solutions that pertain your team’s quarterly mission

LOCATION

onX has created a thriving distributed workforce community across several US locations. This position can be performed from an onX corporate office, “Basecamp,” or “Connection Hub”.
