We are in search of an Invoice Input & Distribution Analyst to join our virtual Controller Shared Service Accounts Receivable team. As a core member you will be responsible for the timely submission of invoices into multiple commercial and government invoice and payment processing systems. This position reports to the Accounts Receivable Input & Distribution team supervisor. A successful candidate will manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while collaborating and providing top level customer service.
Primary Responsibilities:
Quality review of every invoice package for internal billing and customer formatting requirements prior to submission.
Access government and customer invoice and payment processing systems to determine status and actions to be taken.
Work with internal contacts and external customers on revision and resubmission of delayed and/or rejected invoices.
Processing of check refund packages for distribution to commercial and government customers.
Review commercial and government contracts for billing and submission requirements to insure contractual compliance.
Daily communications with internal and external contacts to facilitate billing and collection actions.
Full time scheduled hours worked within contact center.

Required Qualifications:
Typically requires a bachelor’s degree with no experience, or a Diploma with 3+ years of work experience
US Citizen or Permanent Resident
The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced virtual remote environment, meeting all deadlines, and ensuring our customer service is top notch.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including excellent attention to details
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
Proactive and able to work independently and collaboratively.
Candidate must have access to a reliable high-speed internet connection to effectively perform remote work duties, attend virtual meetings, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Deltek Costpoint ERP or a System utilized by a large corporation
Certification or additional training in billing or finance-related fields can be a plus.
Located near one of our Shared Service hubs in Arizona, Alabama, Tennessee, and Virginia
Please note, compensation is projected to be around the $55,000 mark.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $42,250.00 - $76,375.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
