Get to Know the Opportunity:    

Please Note:  Work location for this role is FLEXIBLE! This position allows 100% remote work from home

This role manages, directs and leads a sales/relationship/service telephone team of up to 12 - 15 investment advisor representatives. This team is the home office Personal Investing organization and responsible for Voya’s rollover and retention initiatives. They engage customers in fiduciary/best interests conversations, grow and retain their relationships, delivery superior customer experience all with a firm eye towards compliance and suitability in an advisory environment. This role will have significant supervisory oversight (call monitoring, call quality, sales effectiveness, and regulatory adherence) as well as direct responsibility of sales and retention goal achievement. These individuals will be required to have an in-depth knowledge of all retirement, retail and other investment product offerings as well as an understanding of current business/financial environment and changing regulatory requirements.

The Contributions You’ll Make:    

1. Ultimate regulatory oversight in a fiduciary environment to staff, train and lead a team of investment advisor representatives while meeting asset retention, sales production and customer satisfaction goals.
2. Accountable for adherence to firm’s FINRA (and other regulatory) supervisory guidelines and procedures
