Investments Operations Manager

Job Description
We are now looking to recruit an Investment Operations Manager to join our Investments team in supporting the operational processes and procedures. The successful candidate will be managing key third party relationships on behalf of the team and building key stakeholder relationships within the business. The role will be a key driver of the day-to-day-operational delivery of AJB Investment products.
What does the job involve?
The key responsibilities of the role are to:
- Investment Operations, including portfolio implementation and monitoring.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant UCITS, MiFID II and investment mandates
- Manage projects to implement business initiatives.
- Day-to-day Management of third party relationships.
- Development and production of Investment Management MI
- Provide Reports to and attendance at Departmental committees.
- Ensure daily operational activities are completed in an accurate and timely manner, in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
What you'll already have:
- Minimum requirement of relevant Level IV QCF Qualification (i.e. IMC).
- Experience working within an investments operation role.
- Project management experience, qualification desirable (i.e. PRINCE 2, 6 Sigma).
- Investment compliance & risk experience desirable.
- Highly numerate.
- Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage a complex workload.
- Highly innovative.
- Interpersonal & communication skills.
- Report writing skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
