Invesp - Senior UX/UI Designer

We’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer who’s passionate about user experience design and eager to make a real difference in eCommerce and SaaS projects. As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you’ll be responsible for:

🖥️ Managing multiple projects in eCommerce and SaaS, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
🤝 Collaborating closely with CRO teams and stakeholders to translate project goals into effective UX/UI designs.
🎨 Creating high-quality, user-friendly, and visually appealing design solutions based on UX principles.
💡 Applying your expertise in UX principles to enhance usability and engagement.
🛠️ Using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and others to create and refine design assets.
🧠 Thinking strategically and solving design problems with creativity and user-centered solutions.
📞 Maintaining clear communication with teams to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with business goals.

The ideal candidate will have a user-centric mindset, always thinking about the end user when designing. You’ll be a strategic thinker, blending creativity with data-driven insights to solve complex UX challenges. 

We’re looking for someone who’s detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects while maintaining high design standards. 

You’ll need to be a strong communicator who works well in cross-functional teams and can clearly explain your design decisions. 

Being adaptable, proactive, and creative are all important traits we value, as you’ll constantly innovate and refine your designs to stay ahead of trends!

⏰ Working Hours: The role is full-time with working hours from 12 a.m. to 1 p.m. C.E.T. (which corresponds to midday to late p.m. Chicago time), ensuring plenty of crossover with our team.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you need to have: 

✅ 8+ years of professional design experience, especially in eCommerce and SaaS and lead generation.

✅ Extensive experience working with US clients

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

✅ A strong portfolio showcasing your UX/UI design and conversion-focused design skills.

✅ Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design tools.

✅ A deep understanding of UX principles and best practices.

✅ Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.

✅ Excellent strategic thinking, with a balance of creativity and data-driven decision-making.

✅ Excellent English communication skills

✅Proven experience in management and leadership

Brownie points for:

⭐ Experience working with conversion rate optimization (CRO) teams.

⭐ Background in user research, A/B testing, and usability testing.

⭐ Experience designing for mobile-first and responsive web applications.

💰 Salary : $3,500 - 4,000 per month*
📅 Full-time : Fully remote role.
🌟 Paid Time Off : 12 days in the first year + national holidays off + wellness days.
