Internal Communications Specialist
San Francisco, CA, New York, NY, Portland, OR, or Remote within Canada or United States
At Mercury, we believe great communication isn’t just about sharing information—it’s about creating clarity, connection, and excitement. As we grow, keeping our team aligned and engaged is more important than ever, and that’s where you come in.
We’re looking for an Internal Communications Specialist to help shape how we share important updates, celebrate wins, and keep employees connected to Mercury’s mission. In this role, you’ll bring structure and creativity to our communication channels, ensuring employees have the right information, at the right time, in a way that’s clear, engaging, and fun. You’ll work closely with teams across the company, bringing stories to life and making internal communication feel seamless and impactful.
Reporting to the Employee Communications Lead, you’ll play a key role in executing Mercury’s internal communication strategy. Your work will help foster alignment, transparency, and excitement as we scale—so if you love storytelling, thrive in fast-paced environments, and get a thrill from making complex information simple, this role is for you.
