Key responsibilities for this role include:
Support communication of key initiatives to Viatris Respiratory field sales team and serve as a liaison to deliver field intel to internal decision makers.
Work with sales leadership to develop and plan material for customer meetings, field force POAs, executive presentations, and internal reviews.
Assist with tracking and planning for key business objectives.
Assist with ad-hoc reports, analysis, and metrics. Data validation to ensure accuracy.
Take steps to understand job and challenges faced by Viatris Respiratory sales team. Develop knowledge on overall Respiratory business.
Perform other duties as assigned.
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
The successful candidate will have preferably completed a minimum of their sophomore year and be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in a Business Management or Healthcare Administration degree program (i.e., or a related field of study). A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred; however, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, strong attention to detail, strong organization and analytical skills, ability to set and work to deadline.
Must possess knowledge of MS Office; specifically, MS Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint.
Ability to read and interpret business documents. Ability to work with groups of people such as other departments and communicate known concepts. Ability to present to a group of departments.
The salary range for this position is: if pursuing Bachelor's degree = $20/hour, if pursuing Master's degree = $25/hour, if pursuing Doctorate degree = $30/hour.
