Key responsibilities for this role include:
Project Participation:
Actively engage in assigned projects related to Global Serialization IT Operations and U.S. Supply Chain I.T. Organization.
Collaborate with team members to understand project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Learning and Contribution:
Role offers hands-on experience with SAP systems, business processes, Serialization and Supply Chain in the pharmaceutical industry.
Develop a basic understanding of how IT plays a role in creating solutions and applications to meet regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical supply chain.
Contribute through ideas and insights through latest technologies to enhance IT solutions and applications.
Assist and support on supply chain project tasks – planning, design, testing, reporting etc.
Exposure to Technologies and processes:
Understand the technology landscape and familiarize yourself with SAP ATTP (SAP Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals), SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management), S/4HANA, SAP ICH (Information Collaboration Hub), SAP Fiori applications for data analysis, RapidResponse™ and other supply chain applications.
Gain hands-on experience in IT Warehouse Management System (WMS) to understand its functionality.
Gain exposure to business processes, and regulatory requirements within the supply chain business area.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions into the overall supply chain processes.
Actively participate in problem-solving activities, providing insights and recommendations to improve processes and address challenges.
Testing and Troubleshooting
Assist in preparing test cases and scenarios.
Support the testing of SAP functionalities and log defects as needed.
Documentation and Training:
Prepare project documentation, including Work instruction, process maps, and training materials.
Participate in user training sessions to support system adoption.
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
