Key responsibilities for this role include:
Support people-related initiatives, including performance management, talent development, data analytics, wellness, M&A efforts, etc.
Assist with all aspects of the employee life cycle, from onboarding through offboarding.
Partner with centers of excellence to track, update, and drive process improvement for Human Relations initiatives and day-to-day tasks.
Act as a liaison between HR Business Partners and the HR Service Center.
Assist with tracking, planning and communications with HR Business Partner projects.
Assist with routine and ad-hoc reports, analyses, and metrics. Analyze and validate data to ensure accuracy and validity of critical business information.
Perform other duties as assigned.
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
The successful candidate will have preferably completed a minimum of their sophomore year and be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in a HR degree program (or a related field of study). A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred; however, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
Must possess knowledge of general HR practices.
Exposure to employment law or business law through coursework is preferred.
Must possess knowledge of MS Office; specifically, MS Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint.
Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, strong attention to detail, strong organization and analytical skills, ability to set and work to deadlines.
The salary range for this position is: If pursuing Bachelors degree = $20/hour; if pursuing Masters degree = $25/hour; if pursuing Doctorate degree = $30/hour.
