Key responsibilities for this role include:
Support in monitoring daily operations by attending and coordinating internal management meetings and reporting key initiatives and take-aways.
Serve as a liaison between the Head of US Gx Retail and other business units within Viatris.
Create measurable success metrics and monitor progress of strategic objectives throughout the generics retail business.
Monitor activities within the commercial operations and communicate activities including but not limited to performing detailed analysis of assigned product and product lines, project identification including customer analysis, competitor analysis, market analysis and provides recommendations and assist in the identification of opportunities.
Complete Ad Hoc analysis and reports.
Coordinate and build strong working relationships with various internal commercial and technical organizations.
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
The successful candidate will have preferably completed a minimum of their sophomore year and be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or another business-related field. A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred; however, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
Must possess good oral and written communication skills. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required. Intermediate Excel is preferred.
Must possess basic aptitude for business concepts, detail oriented, accurate and have the ability to multi-task.
The salary range for this position is: If pursuing Bachelors degree = $20/hour; if pursuing Masters degree = $25/hour; if pursuing Doctorate degree = $30/hour.
