Where We Need You  

Protiviti Digital is seeking an Intelligent Automation Senior Consultant. This position plays a key role in driving the strategic development and growth for our clients.    

What You Can Expect  

As a Senior Consultant, you will be a mentor, trainer, and coach to Interns and Consultants as you facilitate the successful completion of project work plans. You’ll identify areas of risk and opportunities to increase efficiency. You’ll strengthen relationships and deepen your abilities to communicate, gain trust, and network with client personnel and professional associates.  At the direction of Managers, you may accept responsibility for decision-making in areas including establishing project scope and work plans, project staffing, preparation of deliverables, and application of methodologies.

• You enjoy designing, building, deploying and managing automation solutions using industry leading software like Blue Prism and UiPath as well as solutions build using other technologies such as python.

Do Your Talents Include the Following?  

• Engaging with clients at all levels across the organization both business & technology functions 

• Knowledge of various API in the market and how they integrate with RPA software 

• Familiar with tools used for analyzing web source code  

• Demonstrate understanding of nuanced challenges faced during process automation modeling/development 

• In-depth knowledge of technology infrastructure, architecture, and security as it relates to Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Process Automation  

• Work well in a team-oriented environment as well as independently 

• Demonstrated advanced written and verbal communication skills 

• Basic knowledge of Lean Six Sigma process methodologies 

• Ability to handle highly confidential information in a strictly professional manner 

• Passionate about continuously learning new technologies and technologies trends 

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Management of Information Systems, Computer Science) required 

• Proven experience with programming (preferably in Java / .NET / SQL /Python) 

• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, VBScript)  

• UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Microsoft Power platform or other RPA software platform  

• 2+ years of relevant experience, ideally hands-on experience implementing Robotics Process Automation in a consulting environment  

Our Hybrid Workplace  

Protiviti practices a hybrid model, which is a combination of working in person with a purpose and working remotely. The ratio of remote to in-person requirements vary by client, project, team, and other business factors. Our people work both in-person in local Protiviti offices and on client sites, which can include local or out-of-state travel based on our projects and client requests and commitments.

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.

Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.

The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job.

Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability. We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. Protiviti also recognizes up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year.
