Oracle’s Construction & Engineering GBU product development organization builds and supports the best cloud solutions available for the construction industry. The Textura Payment Management (TPM) application provides a collaborative solution for managing construction invoicing and payment processes. TPM facilitates billions of dollars of B2B payments every month.

We are seeking a Support Engineer on the TPM Integration team. Our team owns the mission critical systems that connect hundreds of customers to the TPM cloud application. You will join a fast-paced, high-profile development organization. In this role you will support Tier-2 escalations by investigating, analyzing and resolving integration issues. You will work with multiple teams to gather requirements, participate in troubleshooting sessions, propose, test and document solutions. In addition, you will support daily operations, including proactive monitoring, trend analysis, dashboard/report creation and configuration management. 100% remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier-2 incident support and triage of production issues
• Provide on call / 24 x 7 support for Integration incident and system alerts
• Proactively monitor application health, customer integration jobs and API requests
• Proactively monitor integration with external partners and 3rd party systems
• Provide testing and production deployment support for customer Implementations in collaboration with Implementation teams.
• Manage system rules, configurations and settings
• Identify possible production failure scenarios, create enhancements/problem tickets and communicate effectively with other groups
• Analyze and profile integration issues to develop a trend analysis
• Identify vulnerabilities and improvement opportunities 
• Build/configure system monitors and dashboards
