We are looking for a talented and experienced Workday Financials Integration Specialist with 5-7 years of relevant experience to join our team. The Workday Financials Integration Specialist role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Independently determine the needs of the customer and create solution frameworks.
  • Design and develop moderately complex software solutions to meet needs.
  • Use a process-driven approach in designing and developing solutions.
  • Implement new software technology and coordinate end-to-end tasks across the team.
  • May maintain or oversee the maintenance of existing software.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions within the Workday Financials platform. This role requires strong technical expertise in Workday Studio, XSLT, BIRT, SOAP, REST, and other relevant technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement integrations between Workday Financials and other systems using Workday Studio.
  • Create and maintain XSLT transformations for data mapping and conversion.
  • Develop custom reports and dashboards using BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools).
  • Configure and optimize SOAP and REST web services for seamless integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and define integration strategies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for integration development.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in Workday Financials and integration technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Workday Integrations and implementation
  • Strong technical skills in Workday integration tools and technologies, including EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Studio, and Workday API.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Motivated, self-starter, who can work independently or with cross functional, collaborative teams.
  • Demonstrates history of delivering positive outcomes with minimal oversight and high degree of independence.
