As an Integration Specialist, you’ll play a key role in optimizing and maintaining our Professional Services Automation (PSA) system while supporting internal IT operations. From fine-tuning system configurations to troubleshooting challenges, you'll help ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences. You'll also provide essential support for business applications and create valuable documentation to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:
PSA System Support:
- Assist in managing and maintaining the PSA (ticketing) system, including user accounts and basic configuration updates.
- Support troubleshooting efforts to resolve common PSA system issues.
- Contribute to the implementation of basic process improvements and best practices.
Internal Systems Support:
- Provide support for the administration and maintenance of internal IT systems.
- Troubleshoot common technical issues and escalate more complex problems as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to assist in system updates and integrations.
- Assist with internal new hire onboarding by setting up accounts, provisioning tool access, and identifying opportunities to streamline internal processes for a more efficient experience.
- Support internal offboarding by handling account deactivation, ensuring compliance with security policies, and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Application and Toolset Support:
- Provide basic support for line-of-business applications and tools.
- Monitor application performance and report issues to senior staff.
- Help research and recommend tools to enhance business processes.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Assist in creating and updating documentation for systems and procedures.
- Generate basic reports on system usage and performance metrics.
- Provide simple training and guidance to staff on tools and systems.
Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:
- Note: U.S. citizenship is required for this position due to federal client requirements.
- Practical experience in administering Microsoft tools, including Azure, Microsoft 365, and related platforms.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ITIL, ISO 20000-1, CMMI-SVCs a plus.
