As a key member of our Professional Services team, the Integrated Services Specialist will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation, optimal functioning, and ongoing support of our core processing and digital banking software for credit union clients. This position requires a deep understanding of both technical aspects and client needs, ensuring a seamless integration process and overall client satisfaction.
This is a full-time exempt position with the flexibility to be based in one of three office locations (Fort Wayne, IN; Canfield, OH; Waco, TX) or remotely, provided the candidate is based in the specified states (list provided below). The role involves an expected travel commitment of up to 50%. The starting salary for this position is $60,000 - $65,000.
Essential duties and responsibilities will include:
Client Engagement:
- Engage with credit union clients to gather requirements, understand business processes, and assess integration needs.
- Collaborate with clients to define project scopes, deliverables, and timelines.
Implementation and Configuration:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation process, including software installation, integration, configuration, and customization based on client specifications.
- Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure software integrity and adherence to client requirements.
Training and Knowledge Transfer
- Develop and deliver training sessions to empower clients in utilizing our software effectively.
- Train and support team members on new service integrations and updates to existing services.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all service offerings, including their features, benefits, and integration capabilities.
- Provide ongoing knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams to enhance overall system understanding.
Technical Support and Issue Resolution
- Act as a point of contact for technical inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with development and support teams to address and resolve technical challenges that arise from service integration promptly.
Project Management
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful and timely implementations.
- Provide regular project updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualified candidates should have:
