We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader for the position of Integrated Media Leadership. As the steward of overall media investment, creative strategy, and advanced measurement solutions for all brands we service, you will manage a large team of industry-leading media buyers and grow a team of measurement experts, orchestrating repeatable and scalable results across key marketing channels, while cross-functionally driving improvements in creative, analytics, and product.  Your role is pivotal in fusing creativity with data and analytics to drive impactful campaigns and ensure the continuous growth of our clients.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and oversee $XXXM annual agency-wide media investment across entire portfolio of clients, channels, and platforms
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a dynamic media buying and measurement team, cultivating a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Uplevel existing and implement new advanced analytics and attribution/measurement practices with a focus on MMM (Media Mix Modeling), GeoX testing, and other forms of advanced incrementality testing and tactics.
    • Create a measurement framework, monitor KPIs, and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives for continuous optimization.
    • Work closely with data and analytics teams, leveraging insights for informed media buying decisions.
    • Develop and lead marketing mix models for customers at different sizes, including the usage of incrementality testing, lift studies, and data governance structure.
  • Play a key role in creative strategy, innovation, and analysis to continue to drive greater marketing performance for our customers through more effective creative in-market
  • Establish clear, standardized procedures for all aspects of media planning, buying, and execution. This will ensure consistency and quality across campaigns and allow for scalability as agency demands grow.
  • Anticipate market changes and future trends to keep the agency and its clients ahead of the curve, while leading the charge on testing and adopting new, emerging media channels
  • Spearhead the adoption of cutting-edge media technologies and tools to enhance campaign planning, execution, and measurement
  • Provide strategic direction to surpass performance goals, ensuring clarity and alignment with stakeholders.
  • Have an appetite to test and lead the team in developing hypotheses that can evolve into successful strategies.
  • Collaborate with clients, understanding business goals and challenges, and providing strategic insights for optimized media strategies.
  • Cultivate relationships with key media vendors, platforms, and technology providers to secure preferential rates and access to innovative advertising solutions.
  • Position the agency as a thought leader in media investment by contributing to industry publications, speaking at conferences, and participating in panel discussions.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of proven experience in an integrated media / media investment leadership role focused on direct-to-consumer marketing
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing large integrated media teams inclusive of media buying, planning, and activation, as well as measurement experts.
  • Insatiable appetite when it comes to emerging technologies (such as AI) and how these technologies can be leveraged to increase performance and productivity.
  • Strategic knowledge of best practices across common media platforms including: Google, Meta, TikTok, Programmatic (including CTV, Linear TV, & DOOH) and Native.
  • Highly organized "doer" with a data-driven mentality and a bias toward action.
  • Strong analytical and creative thinking skills, with the ability to integrate data insights into media strategies.
  • Deep understanding of advanced attribution methods including Media Mix Modeling and Incrementality Testing.
  • Successful track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams on strategy development and execution.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team and develop compelling presentation decks.
  • Self-motivated with experience managing through ambiguity to move planning forward with speed.

Compensation: $100,000 - $170,000 per year

Location-Based Pay:

  • Compensation is based on the candidate's location within the United States.

Note: The salary range represents the base salary and does not account for additional benefits, bonuses, or the equity incentive plan. The final compensation package will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
