Integrated Marketing Manager

Description -

Within Advanced Compute Solutions (ACS), the marketing team is looking for a marketer to develop and execute against insights-led marketing strategies for new product introductions (NPIs), and sustaining products, across hardware, software, and solutions and future strategic initiatives in order to generate awareness, consideration, and preference and helping to drive the business goals and objectives of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive the product marketing strategy for NPIs and sustaining products and execute against resulting plans.
  • Grounded in insights, define and write differentiated positioning and value propositions by product, ensuring alignment with adjacent products and driving consistent execution across the mix.
  • Drive end-to-end creation of all Omnichannel assets for NPIs inclusive of naming, value propositions, messaging, landing pages, photography, videos, emails, and social posts.
  • Ensure close collaboration with business partners, market marketing partners, and go to market teams to bring to life the 4Ps of marketing.
  • Manage marketing agency to develop impactful positioning and marketing assets that are delivered on time and drive measurable results
  • Manage functional budgets and forecasting for assigned product line(s).

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Proven experience of driving multiple concurrent programs from insights to in-market (including production)
  • Deep knowledge of digital, social, and content marketing
  • Balance of strategic prowess and creative evaluation acumen with the ability to evaluate creative against strategy/insights
  • Deep understanding of the role of creative across the mix with an acute ability to ascertain great from average creative
  • Strong written and oral communications skills, including negotiating, presenting, and influencing
  • Strong leadership skills including team building, conflict resolution and consensus-building, ideally in a matrix organization
  • Demonstrated skill driving asset production end to end & effectively managing agency relationships
  • Ability to manage and influence virtual teams
  • Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and functional disciplines, both within and outside HP
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to run multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Pragmatic approach to managing crises – someone who always finds a way to “get it done”
  • Passionate, driven, dependable and transformational – a real change agent
  • Flexibility to travel domestically and globally, pending corporate travel policies – minimal travel expected


Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in social marketing, content marketing and media, data led planning, or a related field.

The base pay range for this role is $113,200 to $170,900 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).  Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
