The StreetEasy Marketing team is responsible for attracting, engaging and nurturing home shoppers, as well as connecting them with our outstanding network of agents to provide a guided experience that enables more people to make New York City home! Our Director of Integrated Marketing is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead integrated campaigns that strengthen StreetEasy’s brand.About the role
Are you a marketing professional with a passion for NYC real estate and an interest in captivating audiences? As the StreetEasy Integrated Marketing Manager, you'll be instrumental in driving forward brand activations, campaigns and always-on brand efforts! This role will lead the ideation and execution of evergreen campaigns built on a deep understanding of buyer personas and pain points.
Key efforts will include multi-channel campaigns to engage buyers across StreetEasy operated channels. The Integrated Marketing Manager will support the StreetEasy brand presence across owned and operated channels as well as paid efforts (digital, social) in partnership with the Marketing, Media and Communications teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop ideas, plan and manage execution of new cross-channel campaigns to activate and engage target SE customer segments throughout their journey, including seasonal moments (buying, renting, selling season).
- Facilitate strategic and tactical planning for seasonal campaigns, built around the buyer or renter journey.
- Manage campaign asset development and trafficking in partnership with internal creative team and external creative agency where relevant.
- Track and report evergreen campaign results that ladder up to StreetEasy business goals.
- Effectively communicate plans and results to key stakeholders. throughout the campaign planning process.
- Partner closely with Insights, Marketing Strategy and Marketing Operations to become an expert on target audiences to allow for campaigns to effectively breakthrough across key channels.
- Ownership of campaigns surrounding StreetEasy’s NY advocacy efforts that will reach both consumers and partners in 2025 and beyond.
- Ideate and execute in-person and digital activations for target personas (e.g. First Time Buyers, agents, landlords) and oversee on-the-ground event efforts and any management of contractors or agencies.
- Oversee branded material (swag) development from ideation to sourcing to production and inventory management for consumers and partners.
Who you are
- 8+ years of Integrated Marketing experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6+ years of experience with a Master’s degree
- Experience conceptualizing and managing multiple 360 full-funnel marketing campaigns, with channels including paid media and off-line activations, and experiential
- Demonstrated understanding of cross-channel campaign measurement levers
- Proactive, detail-oriented, creative and high-energy team player
- Shown insights driven problem solver and creative thinker
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven self-motivated professional with a strong work ethic
- Comfort working in fast paced environments and working through ambiguity
