Integrated Marketing Manager
Arlington, VA
Fraym seeks a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Marketing team. We are looking to hire an experienced Integrated Marketing Manager. This individual will work across departments to support branding, marketing, advertising, and business development initiatives.
This role is remote, but the ideal candidate will be located within the DC metropolitan area for monthly in-person meetings at the office in Arlington, VA.
In this role, you will:
Project Management
- Coordinate the planning, executing, and delivery of marketing, branding, and advertising projects across sales, marketing, product, and operations teams.
- Develop and manage detailed project timelines, adjusting as necessary to meet the needs of our internal clients.
- Assist in organizing and presenting in meetings with internal clients, strategy sprints, and maintaining detailed meeting notes and follow-ups.
- Help create presentations to communicate the marketing team's processes and our marketing mix to internal clients.
- Collect, organize & analyze feedback from internal clients for continuous improvement.
Operational Excellence
- Employ project management tools such as Monday.com & ClickUp to ensure projects remain on track and aligned with broader team goals.
- Drive continual improvement of our marketing production and reporting processes to support the constant effectiveness of our team.
- Monitor and analyze market and campaign performance data to recommend improvements and optimizations.
- Plan and submit all requests, ensuring sufficient time for execution and thoughtful forecasting of operational support needs.
Business Development Support
- Grow an exceptionally close relationship with our entire sales & development team, analytics team, and leadership as part of a committed, close-knit startup culture.
- Collaborate with the business development team to strategize and develop marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate our event plans, drawing together resources from our marketing, sales, and operations teams to level up our presence in the market.
Marketing & Content Development
- Support the email marketing specialist in content creation and idea generation for campaigns.
- Assist in the development and implementation of effective lead-generation campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to projects.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

- A 4-year college degree in a field (Management, Marketing, Advertising, etc)
- 5+ years of project management experience in the field of marketing
- Experience in data-driven consulting, market research, or other role where you analyzed data daily
- Experience in successfully managing challenging marketing projects from start to finish
- Experience in using data to build a narrative with actionable strategic recommendations
- Familiar with key marketing KPIs and CRM management. Knowledgeable of current measurement landscape and attribution resolution techniques
- Experience working at an agency and/or providing marketing support to a mix of clients
- Experience with the development and usage of in-house attribution and media mix models
- Demonstrates stellar account management, going above and beyond to surprise and delight clients
- Master’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business Analytics, or related technical field, Marketing Analytics
- Experience with either 3rd party or in-house data pipeline tools to automate pulling marketing data from various platforms and APIs
Working at Fraym:
- Salary Range (US Based: $90,000 - $118,000 USD + additional annual bonus); actual salary is commensurate with experience and fit.
- This position is remote, but candidates must be located and authorized to work in the United States.
