Integrated Absence Management Specialist - LOA NON-STD, *Remote - Most States Eligible*
The Leave Case Manager serves at the main contact and subject matter expert for Caregivers and Core Leaders, and is responsible for adjudicating and administering leave of absence claims. You will maintain a rapport and provide excellent customer service to all parties involved in all types of leave and accommodation cases.

Required Qualifications:
- H.S. Diploma or GED
- 2 years Leave, Disability, Accommodation or similar case management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Human Resources, Risk Management or equivalent combination of education and experience
