Instructional Designer - DIMA Learning Enablement

Job Description:
The Instructional Designer will play an important role in the Modular Education Program by creating scalable, engaging, and interactive learning experiences that foster cross-channel expertise within Dentsu Media. You will translate complex media concepts into accessible, modular training materials across multiple formats. Reporting to the Learning Partner, the Instructional Designer ensures materials are aligned with adult learning principles, promoting engagement and collaboration across teams.
This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
Learning Module Design:
- You will design modular content across multiple formats (e-learning, videos, job aids, infographics, simulations) to accommodate diverse learning preferences.
- You will create and storyboard interactive e-learning modules using tools like Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate.
- You will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure content is accurate and relevant.
- You will ensure all learning materials align with adult learning principles and accessibility standards.
Content Implementation & Updates:
- You will manage LMS administration, including course publishing, user management, and reporting learner engagement.
- Integrate training materials into platforms like Cornerstone LMS and SharePoint.
User Experience Optimization:
- You will develop assessments and certification programs to validate learning outcomes.
- Incorporate learner feedback to refine and enhance content for improved engagement.
- Create visually engaging, user-friendly learning materials to increase adoption and accessibility.
Collaboration & Alignment:
- Partner with the Learning Partner and project teams to align instructional design with our program objectives.
- Coordinate with SMEs, our leadership, and external partners to enhance content quality and variety.
Experience/Qualifications:
Experience:
- Background in instructional design or e-learning development, preferably in media or advertising.
- Experience designing learning content in multiple formats (e-learning, video, job aids, graphics).
- Experience managing LMS administration and reporting.
Skills:
- Proficiency in tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Cornerstone LMS.
- 3+ years of experience with adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
- Project management and collaboration skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related fields.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $94,000 - $152,375. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
