This position will be part of the CHANNEL BUSINESS UNIT--Supporting all TE Business Units, the Channel Business Unit collaborates with approximately 300 distributors around the world on TE's global distribution vision, strategy and business initiatives.

Job Overview
At TE Connectivity, you’ll help bring our purpose to life by creating a safer, sustainable, productive and connected future. As an Intern in the Channel Business Unit, you will:
• Support the ongoing content creation and maintenance needs of TE’s Channel Learning & Development team’s robust digital training and learning materials.
• Create new high-quality application, product, system enhancement, and translated instructor-led and eLearning courses for internal Customers and external Distributor Partners.
• Work with a diverse global team located in different time zones that requires occasional scheduling flexibility to meet business needs.
Responsibilities
At TE Connectivity, you’ll be part of a global collaborative culture where your innovative approach and actions have the potential to transform the world of tomorrow. In this role you’ll:
• Utilize multiple authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Canva, Amazon Polly, Vyond, etc. to design and develop new and maintain existing learning materials based on business priorities:
o Participate in ongoing design plan alignment discussions with Global Sr. Manager and Instructional Designers to review project status and priorities.
o Plan and create effective learning material utilizing SAM and the ADDIE Model methodologies
o Create supporting voiceover audio files using available AI-based audio tool
o Develop or redesign learning assessments, quizzes, proficiency tests, or knowledge checks
