WORK HOURS: Hours may vary based on the customer's needs. Evenings and weekends may be required.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: 25%

PAY: The base salary range for this job is $75,000-100,000 annually plus the possibility of additional performance-based incentives.  

The base draw will vary based on criteria such as education, experience and qualifications of the applicant, location, internal equity, and alignment with the market. 

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT 

In this role, you report directly to the Senior Regional Project Manager to ensure the successful execution of product installations that are sold in your territory. Your responsibilities will include qualifying projects, on site measurements, pricing, overseeing installations including labor and timelines, and obtaining sign-off. You will also manage 3rd party prevailing wage, DIR, and other state-required labor filings. Timely communication with external customers, field sales teams, and leadership is essential. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing weekly updates on Work In Progress (WIP) reports to your direct supervisor and support in achieving revenue goals set by the business.

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

• Lead execution of installation projects and all certified payroll compliance

• Develop installation network

• Communication to internal and external customers, reporting on growth opportunities, excellent customer service

QUALIFICATIONS 

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Proven experience in project management or installation oversight
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
• Knowledge of prevailing wage and labor compliance regulations
• Ability to handle sensitive matters and information with tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality
• Attention to detail, ability to multitask, remain organized and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines
• Self-motivated team player, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and pivot focus of responsibilities in a smooth and efficient manner
• Incorporate customer-centric values and SPIRIT principles into the company's mission, vision, and core values.
• The ability to communicate (listening, writing and verbal) across all levels of an organization efficiently and effectively.
• Knowledge of Federal and State Human Resource related laws and regulations.
• Must be comfortable with conflict resolution.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• California Contractor's License Required
• Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point required
• High school diploma or GED required, Associate (or Bachelor) degree preferred.
• Proven success to effectively communicate (listening, writing and verbal) across all levels of an organization.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office and learning new systems/technology with understanding some work is processed manually.

• This job operates in various environments between a home office and customer locations. Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and driving will all occur on a regular basis.
• This role may include manual labor and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
