ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an exciting opportunity for an Insight & Reporting Analyst to join the Waitrose Online Fulfilment team. You will play a key part in providing actionable insight that drives operational decision making and supports delivery of an optimised fulfilment network for Waitrose online.
You will be leveraging the Partnership Data Platform (Snowflake) and Tableau to deliver key analysis and reporting to help ensure customer and financial KPIs are achieved.

We are looking for a passionate and inquisitive individual, who not only possesses strong technical skills but has the ability to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.

  • Salary - Ā£39,400 - Ā£59,000 Ā 

  • Contract type - This position is a Permanent contract.

  • Working pattern/flexible working - The Partnership has adopted a hybrid working approach, meaning you'll be able to work a mixture between the office and home based upon your personal needs whilst balancing the needs of the business.The Online Fulfilment team aim for around 2 days a week in the office to connect and on a more ad-hoc basis to attend key meetings but again, are flexible on this.Ā 

  • Location - This role is based at our Bracknell Head Office.Ā 

Key responsibilitiesĀ 

In this role you will be accountable for providing actionable insight that drives decision making and supports delivery of an optimised fulfilment network for Waitrose online, ensuring all customer and financial objectives are achievable and delivered.

You will provide clear recommendations to senior leaders enabling the shaping of the future vision and strategy for end-to-end fulfilment processes.

Essential skills/experience youā€™ll needĀ 

  • Extensive experience with Tableau, Snowflake, SQL

  • Extensive analytically-based experience and/or Relevant qualification

  • Strong communication skills and experience with senior stakeholder management

  • Experience of comparing, analysing and synthesising multiple data sources into a unified set of insights

  • Familiarity with operational financial period reporting/reconciliation

  • Technical knowledge of and experience in the use of Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and other relevant business tools

Desirable skills/experience you may haveĀ 

  • Operational reporting and modelling experience

  • Financial reporting and modelling experience

  • Familiarity with online fulfilment operations/ Knowledge of Branch or CFC Deliver Operation
