Role Overview:
As a Life Insurance Agent, you will be a crucial part of our mission to secure the financial well-being of individuals and families. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Presenting and explaining life insurance options to clients.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Playing a key role in team growth by identifying and recruiting top talent.
  • Engaging in ongoing personal and professional development.

Qualifications:
We're Seeking:
  • Individuals with a background in management, business development, or leadership.
  • Licensed life insurance professionals.
  • Self-reliant, success-driven team player.
What We Offer:
  • Commission-based compensation that rewards your effort and skills.

  • 100% or Hybrid, offering flexibility in your schedule.
  • Attractive compensation with the potential to earn an average 1-2 sales/week, $50k. 3-5 sales/week, $75k-$100k.
  • 6-8 sales/week, $150k - Uncapped.
  • Innovative tools and resources, including a structured CRM system.
  • All-paid world-class travel opportunities.
  • A steady stream of high-quality leads, so no cold calling is required.
  • Collaborative marketing efforts and a referral engine.
  • Tools for sales, marketing, and building a referral network.

Commission ONLY
Your level of success will be determined by several factors, including the amount of work you put in, your ability to successfully follow and implement our training and sales system, engage with our lead system, and the insurance needs of the customers in the geographic areas in which you choose to work.
