Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative, or known internally as an Intake Coordinator (ICs) is one of the most critical roles impacting REE’s success. Acting as the first impression of REE they are responsible for contacting incoming leads to explain our services for purchase and to establish a strong client relationship based on trust and professionalism. The IC grows a portfolio of business through managing a lead pipeline, high volume of outbound calls, evaluating prospective clients’ disability(ies) and symptom progression, and closing sales of our services. This role requires a proactive individual who can work closely with multiple clients a day empathically, efficiently, and in a compliant way.
Please note that this role is targeting a March 5th start date. There is 1 week of travel required for onsite training in Surprise, AZ. The travel is slated around week 3 of the onboarding timeline. More information will be provided while onboarding.
What is expected in this role:
- Effectively managing outreach to warm leads in adherence to established sales department policy, as well as monitoring queues for incoming calls within the established sales team metrics.
- Professionally and empathically establish rapport with prospective clients by presenting REE’s value proposition and ensuring all questions are answered clearly and within regulatory requirements.
- This includes the cultivating new sales opportunities through referral generation.
- Communicating with compassion while still promoting the sense of urgency and motivation of completion of the overall process when working through roadblocks or objections.
- Updating all information from the client into our CRM accurately and completely within the established sales team metrics.
- Adhering to all regulations and processes as established by REE’s Compliance team ensuring successful and compliance sales, along with safeguarding personally identifiable information / personal health information in accordance with all applicable laws.
- This includes utilizing the tools and resources provided in order to conduct accurate, effective, and efficient evaluations of disability severity within the sales process.
- Collaborating appropriately across the team and across the department ensuring sales invoices are properly created and submitted for processing.
How success is measured in this role:
- Achieving Monthly Sales Targets and KPIs
- Accurate documentation of notes and activity in CRM (Administrative tasks follow through)
- Adherence to established departmental policies and procedures
- Maintain a balanced Scorecard
Requirements
What you need in this role to be successful:
- 3+ years of experience as an Inside Sales Representative or sales representative in a B2C industry.
- Pervious experience in a technical or medical industry based sales role is a Plus!
- Previous experience operating in a quota driven environment, reporting on daily activities is a Plus!
- Previous experience working with the Veteran community or within the VA regulations is a Plus!
- Previous experience working within a CRM. (ZoHo, Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and navigating multiple platforms including Salesforce, ZoHo, Slack, Teams, etc.
- Comfortability being on the phone whether sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
- Highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, and be efficient and adaptive in ambiguous situations.
- Proactive thinking, consistently foreseeing and preparing for forthcoming challenges or opportunities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of communicating in a remote-first environment.
- Expert level attention to detail.
- Experience in start-up or early-stage environments with little or no defined infrastructure or processes.
- Track record of working in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
- Ability and empathy to relate to all levels both with clients and internal team members.
- Analytical and problem-solving orientation.
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate and Bachelor degrees are a Plus!
