The Position:

The primary responsibility of the Inside Sales Representative is to communicate with prescribers in designated therapeutic areas and other targeted clients with the goal of providing information and education on Soleo products and services. This position conducts sales campaigns created in the CRM system and via telephone, email, and fax to give the prescriber pertinent information regarding specific products and services and how to access those services from Soleo, as well as offer follow up opportunities for the Company’s outside sales or commercial team. The targeted customers are physicians, NPs, PAs, nursing staff, office managers, administrative, and pharmacy staff within hospital, payor and manufacturer clients, and other community settings. Responsibilities include:

  • Seeks out opportunities and leads direct sales campaign in collaboration with the Industry Relations team, RVPs and Marketing department with targeted prescribers and other clients.
  • Achieves designated call, email, and fax expectations for assigned prescribers and clients with a focus on designated top targets, key influencers, and pipeline leads.
  • Responsible for identifying, ranking, prospecting, and developing key practices and hospital-based and physician business relationships within targeted area.
  • Works through sales escalations and communicates with offices about details impacting prescriber or patient experience.
  • Supports education and delivery of key messages and product presentations within initiatives (i.e., drug launches, etc.) designed to ensure territory meets performance requirements.
  • Responsible for forwarding calls pertaining to clinical information and questions (i.e., dosing directions, adverse events, counseling, etc.) to Clinical Pharmacy team.
  • Documents all activities in physician practice CRM account and pushes weekly reports to appropriate Soleo personnel.
  • Uses discretion and independent judgment in handling customer complaints received, while documenting and forwarding to appropriate administrative staff
  • Obtains and manages prescriber communication preferences.
  • Nurtures and manages prescriber relationships to ensure trust and referral patterns.
  • Assists operations staff and prescriber offices with prior authorizations by following up on outstanding issues and assisting with coordination and communication.
  • Works collaboratively with all appropriate Soleo personnel to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.


Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Health Administration or Sales or the equivalent.
  • Minimum of five (5) years health care experience, preferably specialty/infusion pharmacy or pharma manufacturing.
  • Ability to establish strong business relationships internally and externally.
  • Proficiency in analysis and management of market data to drive regional expansion, therapy lines and utilization.
  • Proficient in data entry, verbal skills, computer skills and the ability to learn the department’s software system including CRM.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
