About the role
We hope youâre ready to begin your sales career as an Inside Sales Representative. You will be a pioneering member of our inside sales team, and if building something from scratch is interesting, keep reading! ISRs are responsible for creating a sales pipeline of small businesses and introducing a new retirement plan for their employees. You are the first team member helping prospects understand the value of our 401k offering and win them over to become Human Interest customers. We promote within and if youâre a top performer you can be an AE one day too!
What you get to do every day
- Utilize your active listening skills to understand and uncover customer needs and business problems to communicate Human Interestâs offering effectively.Â
- Work full cycle deals from inception to close.
- Have a sense of urgency and acting quickly on new leads
- Build and manage a high-volume sales pipeline.
- Identify a substantial volume of our target companies and associated personas - engage, educate, and close new business.
- Consistently exceed your quota.
- Work closely with Management to develop strategies to target prospects, secure meetings, and close new business.
- Adapt and learn to ensure your rate of connecting with prospects and closing new business consistently increases.
- Effectively uses Salesforce.com and other sales tools to manage accounts through every step of the sales cycle.
- Listen and learn from every other role and department - you will have visibility into the inner workings of everything.
