TeamSnap is seeking an Inside Sales Representative who will connect with inbound prospects throughout the sales process and close them within our small business customer segment. If youâre currently in a Business Development Representative or Sales Development Representative role and looking to take the next step in your career, this could be the perfect match.
**This is a hybrid role. You will be required to go into the office in Boston, MA twice a week**

What You'll Do:
- You'll ensure that you take leads through our defined qualification process and into the demo, quote, negotiation, and close phases.Â
- Youâll use data and metric analysis to evaluate your business, drive the strategy, and communicate the results
- Youâll demonstrate the product to potential customers via the web by uncovering the customerâs needs and ultimately helping them understand the benefits and value of using our software solutionÂ
- Youâll optimize your sales toolkit to produce the best possible full sales cycle conversion rate & close ratio
- Youâll be responsible for building and nurturing the pipeline, ultimately achieving revenue quota and CRM compliance (SFDC)
Important Qualities:
- Experience - 1-2+ years overall sales experience
- Motivated - You get excited about meeting, if not exceeding, business sales goalsÂ
- Strong Business Acumen - You understand sales performance analytics and how to interpret results.Â
- Resourceful - Youâre not afraid to take initiative but also ask for guidance when needed
