Industrialization Implementation Lead

09About the Role:
The Industrialization Implementation Lead will drive automation across operational processes. This will include identifying automation opportunities, selecting tools/ solutions, testing, documenting governance and roll out plans for assigned themes. This role requires an understanding of technology solutions and sound risk mitigation practices.
The Team:
The Process Excellence and Industrialization team has three core pillars - process engineering, operational risk management and industrialization. The team has been structured to drive continuous improvement, risk mitigation and operational resilience. The pillars work together to show Enterprise Solutions' full risk profile.
Responsibilities and Impact:
Identify automation opportunities using the process inventory
Investigate tools and solutions for identified opportunities with technology partners
Facilitate implementation of solutions across all use cases by working with business stakeholders, information security and technology
Lead data transformation pipeline builds
Act as SME for chosen ETL tool
Compensation/Benefits Information:
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $51,289.00to $91872.25. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits. What We’re Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of relevant professional experience in QC, IT Risk Management, Internal and/or External Audit
Knowledge of Risk and Control practices
Proven ability to identify issues/defects and recommend solutions
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Ability to meet operational deadlines and multitask
detail oriented, well-organized, and a self-starter
