Your role in our mission….. 

This role is a key part of our Regular Giving Team, where we focus on nurturing and growing relationships with our supporters. You'll be at the heart of our program, playing a crucial role in recruiting. engaging, retaining, and developing supporters.

Collaborating closely with multiple internal teams, Additionally, you'll drive telemarketing initiatives, including reactivation, upgrades, and retention efforts across various products. The successful candidate will take the lead in crafting the strategic direction, overseeing operational execution, and analysing performance to enhance long-term management and identify opportunities for future improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop the Marketing Plan for individual online and offline campaigns with stakeholders to meet objectives and optimise campaigns according to strategic priorities.
  • Manage the creative development of campaigns and brief external agencies (or internal teams) on the creative approach.
  • Oversee audience targeting and segmentation, working with external media agencies for digital and cold direct mail campaigns. Ensure accurate data and compliance.
  • Implement findings from previous campaigns to continuously improve and refine future campaigns.
  • Review artwork and copy to ensure alignment with campaign objectives and Marie Curie brand guidelines.
  • Conduct research into projects, case studies, production methods, and other charity approaches to inform the creative process.
  • Develop telemarketing scripts and seek feedback from internal stakeholders and expert agencies.
  • Lead weekly reporting, analyse performance metrics, and test results, providing recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborate with Insights and Analysis teams to deepen understanding of audiences across channels.

  • Robust, confident ‘can do’ attitude that thrives on challenges and calm under pressure 
  • Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally
  • Good communication skills
  • IT skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email and database 
  • Skills in reporting and analysis of data

Salary: £26,370 - £29,297

Contract: Full time, 12 Month Contract (MAT Cover)

Based: Fully remote – Travel once a month into London Office required with travel cost covered
